Yes. Monthly, quarterly, and six-month plans include everything in the free tier and the full BB Tech Tools study library. The longer plans are priced for savings.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Manage Account → Manage subscription, or email support. Your plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments aren't refunded for partial periods; billing mistakes are always fixed. Details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What happens after checkout?
