Refund and Cancellation Policy

BB Tech Tools memberships are subscriptions sold by BB Elite Creations LLC. This page explains how renewal, cancelling and refunds work, in plain terms.

How Renewal Works

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, every three months, or every six months, depending on your plan) and charges the payment method on file, until you cancel. The current prices are on the Join page.

How To Cancel

• Sign in and go to Manage Account → Manage subscription, then choose Cancel subscription.
• Or email support@bbtechtools.com from your account email address and we will cancel it for you.
• Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You will get a confirmation by email.

What Happens After You Cancel

Your membership stops renewing, and you keep full paid access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free tier. Your free account, progress and saved settings stay in place, and you can rejoin anytime.

Refunds

Payments are not refunded for partial or unused billing periods, including when you cancel partway through a period or stop using the site.

We will always fix billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, email support@bbtechtools.com and we will refund the incorrect charge. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Price Changes

If the price of your plan changes, we will email you before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel first.
